Looking for a Title Company in Virginia

Looking for an investor friendly title company in Virginia that will work with wholesalers. 

   So far, I haven't had much luck finding one. 

Any suggestions?    Would like it if they can also do e-closings.   TIA

    Hi Sonja. Attorney Jenny Colon is in Chesapeake and does closings throughout the state. She works with real estate investors a lot. Not sure about wholesalers, but I suggest you call her. Her number is 757-277-9803. Tell her I referred you!
