Leasing SFH for RCFE (assisted living for elder care)

Good day,
My apologies in advance if this is not the right forum for such a question. I could not find the forum for commercial leasing.
I have a single-family house which I am currently renting to a family. I intend to lease it to an assisted living center. My initial plan was to move there in 2 years, however, it appears that it won't be possible. Now, i am considering a long-term lease to a business with a plan that I could retain the property for running it as assisted living once the lease is over.

I am seeking your advice regarding how to find such businesses? Is it good idea to leverage broker in RCFE or will it be better to work directly with franchise in this space.
