Any feedback for "Better Life" Real estate coaching with Brandon Turner?

Hi everyone,My business partner and I currently own 8 doors and are looking to transition into larger commercial deals. We recently came across the BetterLife coaching program with Brandon Turner and are considering joining. The membership runs about $9,000 for 12 months, so we want to make sure we do our due diligence before making a commitment.

Has anyone here had direct experience with this program? Reviews online seem to be pretty limited, so any insights, feedback, or personal experiences would be greatly appreciated.

Yes, Benjamin has been the Chat GPT titan of late. I explored multiple coaching programs, first BRRRR and then programs that help you scale to larger multi properties quicker. I ultimately paid for neither. I concluded with my savings It was worth holding off. I ended up making a $50K loan to a builder and he's given me a ton of access. Probably learned more than the courses and earned a return on my money. The only course I've purchased to date cost less than $400 and one of the insurance tips got my mentor/investment partner out of a potentially sticky situation. He ended up giving me a check for the amount of the course because he told me his attorney would charge more hourly than the course. We used some of the other contract tips to help reduce insurance premiums and I've been able to help my mentor improve some of his operations. He grew up in the construction business and knows that side of the business well but some of the contract and insurance and liability aspects were lacking.
