What would you actually want from a real estate app?

A friend of mine is a developer and is working on building an app for real estate investors. They asked me what features investors would actually find useful, and it made me realize I don’t have a great answer.

So I figured I’d throw the question out here. If there were an app made specifically for investors, what would you want it to do? What problems would you want it to solve, or what tasks would you want it to make easier?

Curious to hear what others think would make an app genuinely valuable in this space.
