Lease Placement Service - Rent by the Room - Denver, CO

Hello all,

I'm curious if anyone has experience with a lease placement service or individual specifically for rent-by-the-room/co-living properties? My wife and I are just about to launch our first co-living investment property, fourth investment property overall. We are prepared to begin the leasing process ourselves, but with our lives becoming ever busier, I wanted to see if there were other options out there. We still plan to manage the property ourselves, but outsourcing the leasing process could free up some time for us. 

The property is located in the Denver, CO area.
