Where is everyone finding their VA Cold Callers

Question

Anyone using Va's to do some cold calling for them? Im Curious on where you found them and how they're working out for you, really attempting to step up my off market outreach.

@Luke Tetreault, Upwork is solid since they have ratings so you could be selective and choose only the VAs that have extensive experience doing what you want them to do specifically, as well as highly rated ones based on their past experiences. Haven't used it myself for cold callers though.
