Looking to Add Value & Learn — Offering Free Help to DFW Investors

I recently relocated to Dallas (Irving) from Germany and am working here as a technical consultant. I’m currently learning the ropes of real estate investing and planning my first house hack — but more than anything, I want to learn directly from experienced investors in DFW by adding value first.
My background is in branding, social media strategy, and tech — things like web design, digital marketing, content systems, and automation tools. If any local investors, agents, or small teams could use help with their online presence, branding, or streamlining systems, I’d love to volunteer and support in any way I can.
My goal is simple:
