The market here had one of the highest rental yields globally in 2024 and continues to attract both seasoned and first-time investors internationally. But I’m really curious how that’s seen from the outside:

• Smart growth?
• Overheating?
• Hidden gem for long-term holds?
• Only for the ultra-wealthy?
