Did you see the DFW housing numbers for November from Greater Fort Worth Association of REALTORS? When we speak to making housing more affordable, there's only a few ways to do that: lower interest rates, lower property taxes, lower insurance, and lower price points. Many of our areas have lower prices this November when compared to last November. Inventory is still high too so this trend is likely to continue. Buyers have the upperhand right now. If you are selling...you should expect a longer time to sell your property and it is likely you are giving up concessions to get your home sold. There's always exceptions of course, but for most buyers and sellers, that should be the expectation.
