I’m a newer real estate agent, trying to become the go-to agent for investors in my area. So I was wondering, what are the biggest pain points throughout the entire investing process for a buy and hold investor?

Congratulations on starting this new chapter, @Justin Lewis. From my experience with purchasing turnkey properties, I’ve encountered a range of outcomes. The most difficult part—especially in my latest deal—was the lack of transparency from the agent and the seller, who was also responsible for renovating the property.
