Are Investors Over-Leveraging in 2026?
With rates and pricing shifts over the last year, I’m curious:
Are investors becoming more conservative with leverage, or still pushing toward maximum LTV when available?
From what I’m seeing, structure and reserves seem to be playing a bigger role than headline leverage.
Would love to hear what others are experiencing in their markets.
