Out-of-State Investor Looking to connect with agents

I'm an out-of-state investor looking to connect with agents who specialize in working with investors and can help source, analyze, and manage deals on the ground. I've already completed multiple BRRRR projects and flips in the Cleveland market, so I'm not new to the process and understand what it takes to execute. I'm now looking to scale and expand with the right local partners who have strong market knowledge, access to off-market or value-add opportunities, and ideally can assist with project oversight. If that sounds like you or someone you know, let's connect and chat

If you are scaling from out of state in Cleveland, the biggest win is having one local team that can help you filter deals fast and keep execution tight after closing. The right agent should understand your BRRRR and flip criteria, know what actually trades versus what just gets marketed, and be able to pressure test ARV, rent, rehab scope, and timeline before you get too far down the road. A quick numbers check on every deal still matters even at scale since a missed rehab item or soft ARV can wipe out your margin fast. That is where IEC can be useful too since we can help connect the deal analysis, financing strategy, and local execution support so you are not piecing it together one vendor at a time.

What zip codes and price range are you targeting now? Send over your buy box if you want and I can help you think through the kind of agent and IEC support setup that would actually help you scale cleanly.
