Cold Calling numbers / KPIs to track and goals to reach
Hi everyone, new here from Louisville KY. Curious what KPIs and numbers do you track for cold calling. Is there difference in benchmark if its in-house vs outsourced (offshore) callers? What numbers are you tracking, what do your averages look like, as in connection rates, convo rate, dials per deal/contract, things like that. If anyone is willing to share I'd greatly appreciate it, even a reputable resource with data would be amazing. Thank you!
