How do you structure partnerships when bringing buyers to deals?

I’ve been networking with wholesalers and investors and I’m curious how others approach partnerships.

If you bring a serious buyer to a deal, how do you typically structure compensation or profit sharing?

Do you prefer referral fees, JV agreements, assignment splits, or something else?
