A handful of my buyers have been sitting on the fence waiting to see what rates do before jumping back in. Some are choosing to move now assuming rates won't drop much further, others are waiting it out. Curious what other agents/investors are seeing — are buyers pulling the trigger or staying patient right now?

@Jack Shields I am seeing the same thing in the Metro Atlanta market. Many buyers are still on the fence hoping for lower interest rates, while some have decided to move forward. Well-priced homes are still selling but buyers are definitely being more cautious and taking longer to make a decision.
