Finally diving into BiggerPockets- wish I’d start sooner
Found this platform about a month ago and honestly slept on it way longer than i should have. I kept scrolling past it thinking it was just another forum, but the more time I spend here the more I realize how much value is actually sitting in these threads.
I work on the lending side in Texas, so I’m around investors deals and funding conversations all day- but Biggerpockets is the first place I’ve seen where flippers, wholesalers and lenders are all actually talking to eachother in the same space. Most platforms feels like they’re built for one type of investor, this one feels like the whole market showed up to the same room.
Getting more active here going forward. If you’re working deals in Texas - fix and flip, bridge whatever doesn’t fit the traditional lending box I’m always happy to swap notes or just talk shop. Curious what’s working for people right now in this environment?
