In my area there is a tremendous amount of good property for sale. I need to find more section 8/voucher/subsidized tenants. What is the best way to find them?

Agree with Mike.. You may also consider offering a referral fee to your current tenants. Word of mouth works well here.

Put "We Accept Section 8" in your newpaper ad and get on the landlord list at your local HUD (Section 8) office.
