So...This Federal Housing Credit $8000 is helping sales in my area BIG TIME ! I'm afraid though that after the credit is gone...the housing market will come to a complete halt. I just got under contract a flip of mine...and I'm looking to start another soon after it closes...BUT...I'm afraid I'll get stuck with it if the Housing credit does not re-new...which I honestly don;t think it will. What do you guys think and what are your plans regarding FLIPS after the $8000 credit is gone?

For current flippers, what is the average days on the market before a sale these days? I mean after the tax credit expiration? :)

I sold all my inventory before the expiration (with the exception of one property) and have been putting off buying anything new for a couple months.

The one property I'm holding is getting very little traffic, and other investors I know in the area are getting very little traffic as well.

That said, I know other areas that haven't slowed down nearly as much...

Its all about testing bro. If are not tracking your marketing efforts the best way that you can, you are losing out. Test what is working and whats not. No 2 investors marketing habits will be the same.
