Seminole County, FL - houses selling more than asking price

Here in Seminole county and Orange county houses are selling more than asking price. Sometimes when you look at the deal your numbers does not match. 

In Seminole county - up to $100,000 price range - only 82 house are available (single family & town house only)

In Orange county - up to $60,000 price range - only 11 house are available (single family only)

Every new listing gets many bids and seller agent comes back and ask you to higher the price. 

Is anyone seeing same demand in other area/city?

    @Padma Mody below $60k is bottom of the barrel for single family in Orange. Mostly lower end fixer uppers. I have seen those being bid up in price. 

    $100k in Seminole is probably still in the fixer upper market with exceptions in a few areas. 

    Move in ready listings or those with light repairs, in the lower price ranges, get a lot of interest from owner occupant buyers.

    @John Kent - True. Please let me know if find any good deal in Orange county. I am interested in Orange county too.
