Anybody Have Experience With Subject to In New Jersey/PA?

Hey everybody. Looking for anybody out there that has direct experience with subject to in new jersey / pa in specific. Talking to a few re lawyers about the process but wanted to post up on here as well. Any input would be great!

Thanks Fernando. And Kris, I'm basically looking for the paperwork process from a-z. What docs are needed etc. Basically if i have a seller ready to go with an end buyer in place already.. what are the needed docs to make this happen.
