Where can I find out where all the quad-plexes are in my area?

Question

I have been driving around town and have not had much luck finding 4 unit properties. Where can I find out where these properties are? Any info is appreciated. Thanks!

The Public Records in my area categorizes properties. Their records are searchable by property type. Talk to your public records office and see if they do it the same way.
