If anyone is looking for a real estate investor association group in the seacoast New Hampshire area, check out Greater Seacoast NH Real Estate Investment Meetup on meetup.com. My group (Universal Capital) has attended the last 3 meetings and found it to have a good mix of investors and industry professionals. We spoke at the last meeting about hard money. The past speaker was an attorney discussing tenant law. Will hopefully see you there.
