Anyone investing in San Bernardino County?

Greetings BP, 

I would like to know from someone who is actively investing in San Bernardino county: What are considered the "nice" areas in the county. Also, if you are investing, what are you doing? Flips, buy and holds?? Units or SFR?

How is the rental market? Look forward to hearing from SB investors.
