Hello BP!

I've been on here for a little while now but haven't posted really. To make this short, I am looking to network with other wholesalers, investors, attorneys, agents, etc. If any of you know of any local REI groups especially in NJ/NY I would love to attend them and do some more networking there. I appreciate all feedback if any!
