Is TLO the best service to accurately pull cell phone numbers? An account rep with them would not allow me access since I'm a real estate investor. Also their service had a cap of 100 searches/month. Can anyone offer any insight on their experience with the service.

@Adam Jordan you do NOT have to be licensed but you cannot use their service as a RE Investor as they consider what you're asking about to be marketing. There are other ways to get the service though. We just go it and I will update this post once we determine if there is an unlimited option.
