Is this a deal intended for investors, or are you marketing to retail (owner-occupant) buyers? That will dictate the best methods for getting the word out.

So excited found my first deal here in Orlando!
What are the best ways to advertise?
Board signs ?
Craigslist ?
What do you guys think?
wait a second. you got a wholesale property under contract and didnt have an advertising plan in place to move the deal? you're at a time disadvantage not having that figured out prior to securing a deal. or maybe i'm misunderstanding the question.

@Noel Fernandez OK, so you're wholesaling! That means every cash buyer (I'm assuming it's a cash-only deal) within 40 miles of you needs to know about your deal. If you aren't already a member of your local REIA (real estate investor association), join today and go to every meeting they've got where a cash buyer might show up. Prepare a handout flier with the details (price, ARV, repairs, your contact info). Remember: You're selling the deal not the house, so make sure the flier presents realistic numbers.
If you have a mailing list, now is the time to use it. If not, every willing investor you talk to gets added to the list for your next deal.
Certainly, give Craigslist a go. You should absolutely post the deal here on BP as well (in the Marketplace).
Lastly, begin identifying serious wholesalers in your area right now. If you haven't found a buyer in a week or two, approach the wholesaler with the best marketing process and let them find you a buyer for half the wholesale fee. It's just math: 50% of something always beats 100% of zip!

You must Market Market Market! post your deal on craigslist a few times a day and post on BP, attend the next local estate auction, Post deal on FB investing groups, attend a local REIA or reach out to the group organizer.
Remember to market the contract and not the house. Unless you are licensed you cannot sell the property for a fee. This can get you in big trouble with the real estate commision. You are selling your equitable interest which is the contract.
