Hey all,
Does anyone have an accountant they've worked with in the Bay Area? Looking to fine one with experience dealing with rental properties.. hence why I'm posting on BP :)

Hey Cliff,
The folks at RINA Accountancy in Oakland & Walnut Creek have a pretty strong real estate practice. They maybe a little larger than what you need though. I would also recommend Steve Willis @ Willis Financial in Walnut Creek, CA.
