I am in the beginning stages of searching for my first STR, financing secured, and have been concentrating on the Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge/Sevierville areas but came across a listing for Douglas Lake not too far from these destinations.

Does anyone have experience renting in this area?

How is the rentability?
