I have some family here and am interested in exploring a modest home or trailer purchase that I can rent for a few years and then eventually convert to a family vacation property. Will be in the area in late September and would like to discuss current or future possibilities while in town. Any assistance or advice would be greatly appreciated! Jim
@Jim Hendershott Hi Jim, not sure if you are still looking to buy property in North Port but I currently have one for sale at 80% of market value. It needs very little work and would rent at an 8-9% cap rate until you are ready to convert it to a vacation home.
