What is a good Cash flow amount per month?

Hi all!

I was wondering, what is a good cash flow amount per month? Not off of one property but off many. Is $100k a month too big of a expectation after investing in real estate for 10 years? What is your cash flow amount per month?

$100k per month is optimistic to say the least most people shoot for enough to replace their day job and expand from there.
