Hi all!

I was wondering, what is a good cash flow amount per month? Not off of one property but off many. Is $100k a month too big of a expectation after investing in real estate for 10 years? What is your cash flow amount per month?

$100k per month is optimistic to say the least most people shoot for enough to replace their day job and expand from there.

Well, 100k per month would certainly be an ambitious goal. Ours is about half that amount... per year.

It's all relative. I could respond by saying "great job for thinking big!!!" But then if you're already making $200K per month, then you'd be thinking small.

Keep thinking BIG regardless, but pay attention to the smaller, more manageable goals that line the path to get you to that bigger goal. If you only focus on the end goal, you may get discouraged.
