I've been using Allstate for my rental properties. Landlord insurance only.
Would like to get a feel from other experienced investors here on what companies you use for homeowners insurance and possibly umbrella insurance. Thanks.

The best pricing for my rentals has been from regional carriers that I've never heard of previously. He has some of the big names as well.

Safeco, Allied and CIG are my go to markets for rentals in AZ. As Mark suggested, regional carriers are often better than the national carriers. If you are an AARP member, the Hartford can also be very competitive.
