Calculators/Excel Templates for Flippers

Hey all,

Do any of you have an excel spreadsheet that you have used successfully for your flipping business? Looking for something that helps factor in all variables, fixed costs, interest paid on hard money loans, reno costs, etc etc. 

I know there are lots of web based tools, but those are pretty hard wired. Looking for an Excell template we can tweak four our needs and run scenarios in.

@Corbin Grimes  I've got a spreadsheet I built to analyze flips and buy and hold.  It is an Excel spreadsheet.  All cells are unlocked.  Happy to send you a copy.  Send me an email if you would like it.
