@Jason Hawrylo this information is available in county records. If the county you are looking for these sales in has a public information site you can look for them there. Also, depending on the area you live in, a lot of times the final sales price is available on Zillow. The easiest method is obviously using an agent as they have access to this information quickly.

No access will be as reliable and easily searchable as having an agent run it through the MLS. This is one of the main reasons investors should get their license. Realtors don't like to just run comps for you all the time, especially if you are going to then buy something off-market. The best public-facing site for comps is actually Redfin, not Zillow, but neither is reliable.

@Jason Hawrylo County records, and Zillow (at least in Cincinnati). With county records, at least in Cincinnati, you can also see how the deal was paid for, which can add a little color sometimes.
In this current real estate market though, you will also want to look at the MLS and see what is pending, and the list price, in the areas you are looking at. This also adds a lot of color in where the market is moving.
