Just about ready to get my feet wet with real estate investing. I currently live in CA and am looking to invest potentially in AZ since it’s closer proximity and much more affordable then southern CA.
Would love to hear from people who have or are currently investing in AZ and where the great markets to look at first.

Phoenix has great potential in the coming years. We've seen a little slowing due to COVID, but no massive market shifts, and we still have great job growth projections in the coming years. The East Valley (Chandler/Tempe/Gilbert/Mesa) tends to be a little more popular and more expensive. Happy to answer any questions I can about the area!
