What are the have to have to start investing

I’m just not getting started and can use any and all advise.

I have been reading a lot of the post here on the Sight which is amazing.

I want to purchase properties out of state i found some i like but want to do things right b4 i jump in

I have create my llc it’s being processed

But what next

Any info personal, or books to read, videos to watch I’m and very thankful have a blessed day and Covid free lol

Listen to every BP podcast you can. Buy the Book On Rental Property Investing by Brandon Turner, and start building your team in that state (agent and lender first, then PM/Contractors etc). Keep it simple and just take action at first.
