After i get my degree in NYC I plan on moving down South to get a job and buy my first property but I am a little doubtful when it comes to wether or not Florida is a good place to do Real Estate in.
What are your ultimate goals? Are you wanting to purchase real estate for long-term holds? Are you looking to flip properties? Do you want to be an agent?
