Their projections are often inaccurate. The data they mentioned are difficult to verify and they will ghost after the sales, particularly with any perceived negativity and numbers that do not match up with their rosy estimates. It's real estate and honesty and accountability take a back seat to the business. They do not hold to the same standards as the big national chains. This is just my view only.
