Hello, I’ve recently been digging into real estate as I’ve found out about it through the Real Estate Rookie podcast, I finished all 32 episodes in one week and am now listening to the main podcast currently on Ep. 25, I was hoping to see if there are any REIs/realtors in or around the Tyler, Texas area and if so if I could connect with you.

Hi @Joshua Mclendon, Now that you have a little bit of REI education, I would look to other sources of information. Mike Zuber ( former BP blogger) does a daily financial news on his YouTube Channel One Rental at a Time everyday and it will help give you a realistic understanding of national trends. You can then pick and choose how to apply them to your market. Take a look and good luck!
Yes, Tuesday evening 08/01/2023 at Brisket Love off I-20 and 849, just North of I-20 a couple of miles. 6:30 networking, 7pm the meeting, this next meeting we will be going over sales contracts and how to fill out correctly.
FYI, Brisket Love has great food, not only BBQ, but great hamburgers and salads too. Hope to see you there
