We are interested in buying a lot to build our house. But this lot is little irregular. It is this shape- https://imgur.com/gallery/1bod.... I am also paying 9k in premium for this lot as it is bigger than other rectangular lots next to them. Is this house going to be less desirable for potential future buyers? This is my first home and I am skeptical whether I should proceed with this house.
