Does anyone invest in STR in New Braunfels TX, Corpus Christi, TX, Rock Port, TX, Gatlinburg, TN, or Pigeon Forge, TN?

I am looking into using a second home mortgage to acquire a STR and would love some feedback on markets to look into and specifics to the markets listed above. Would love to connect!

    #1 market in the USA is the Smokies. Despite a run up in prices, good returns can still be had. Contact @Avery Carl here on BP. She has a good program and her podcast lit the fire under a lot of people regarding STR investment.
