I am looking for distress property for BRRR strategy- out of state and looking for someone who can find me distress property / distress owner ?

Any suggestion and feedback and anyone interested to be part of the team please let me know

@Sachin Maskey If you are looking for out of state distressed properties, I would recommend getting in touch with realtors in that area. Call the top real estate offices in the market and ask for the agent who works mostly with investors.￼￼

I would recommend adding the City(ies) and State(s) you are interested in. Many BP members have keyword alerts that help them find posts like this sooner.

You can also use the search function to find members (wholesalers, investors, Realtors) in your areas of interest.
