About to Graduate from Christopher Newport University and starting a career in Project Management as I have already signed with a company. Does anyone have any advice on what I should do to begin my real estate investment career?

Talking to people? Tech stuff?

Raising money? Managing rehabs? Find what your good at and become world class!

That’s the first step, then pick a market.

House hack. Or live in flip. I did it on my first one. It will be difficult at times. Lots of hands on learning.

Being a property manager will certainly get you off to a good start to learn the business. I agree with Derrick get that credit score up start saving up for a down payment and learn how to analyze a market/deals in that market.

Get your credit score up. Start investigating areas you'd be interested in purchasing in. FHA 3.5% down for owner occupied is great for starting out
