What to do with Cash Flow from rentals

I'm curious to know what investors are doing with their cash flow. Are you reinvesting it in other properties or in stocks? I'm new to investing and would love some ideas.

    Why would you take cash flow and invest in stocks instead of back into RE?  That's just giving money away.

    What to do with cash flow?  Whatever you want
