I’m new to BP and have been in the construction industry for 20 yrs (mainly electrical), and have always been interested in getting into real estate investing, flipping , etc.. I’d love to buy, remodel and flip but unfortunately don’t have that kind of financial background yet. But is there a way to invest in real estate with a group, company of some sort to get started that way?

Hey @Cory Johnson , I know some contractors have put in their supplies and labor to be a part of a deal. I would recommend reaching out to renovators and flippers to see if they would be open to offering you equity in return for your services. Just an idea!
