Putting titles in companies name
How Can I put a property in my LLC by using the Brrrr strategy? Banks want to see at least two years of business before they will accept any property's in my business name and they will call the note due if I change it from my name into the business name. I feel like I'm stuck. Any good advice i well really appreciate.
