Noticing more conservative terms lately from lenders, lower LTVs, higher rates, more docs. Some investors I know are shifting to private capital or partnering up just to close.

We’re seeing noticeable tightening in the DSCR space, especially when it comes to short-term rentals.

• Pulling back on allowing STR income for qualification
• Imposing stricter guidelines for 2–4 unit and mixed-use properties

really I have clients to refer you to then.. nothing in it for me I dont play in those sandbox's my clients use the DSCR to take me out of my unltr short term lending that I do.
