How Are You Approaching Private Money Lending in Today’s Market?

With rates still fluctuating and traditional financing tightening up for some investors, I’ve noticed more people leaning on private money to keep deals moving.

I wanted to open up a conversation for those who’ve used (or provided) private money loans recently:

  • How have terms changed in the past few months?

  • Are you seeing more private lenders getting active again as deal volume picks up?

  • For those borrowing — what makes you decide between private money and conventional financing?

It feels like private lending is becoming a bigger piece of the puzzle for a lot of investors, especially with how quickly good deals can come and go.

Curious to hear what others are seeing or experiencing right now.
