I'm looking to learn in depth about your process and dive deep into the real estate loan process. I'm looking to speak with people that have ideally done 500k+ in loans in the last year. As a thank you, I would love you treat you to lunch or coffee. I'm in the Seattle area and can meet in person or do a video call!

Hey @Waruna Y. I assume you're wanting to become a lender rather than being a borrower?

I'm not looking to become a lender :) However, my background is in software (startups and big tech like Google, etc) so I'm interested in learning how specific pain points that I've encountered as a borrower could be solved and that requires a bit of diving deep on both lender and borrower sides!

@Waruna Y. Are you looking to create an app that will try to make the process more seamless for the masses?

Loans are only originated by lenders, then they sell them to the secondary market. Requirements change frequently to satisfy market and political ambitions.
Yup, definitely! I'm trying to drill in the requirements matching part and dig deeper there, so if you know anyone that would want to connect, please let me know!

@Waruna Y. it seems like you are looking to speak with a lending broker to better understand how they under write borrowers. If that is the case, you might reach out to someone like @Adrian Chu. If you are interested in the borrower perspective, feel free to reach out and I am happy to assist.
Additionally, you could post this to the WAREI Facebook group as there are many people there who could answer questions for you.
