Commercial line of credit 2nd lien
I’m looking to obtain a line of credit on a commercial industrial warehouse located in Philadelphia, PA. The property currently has a first lien with TD Bank, so the new lender would need to take a second-lien position. Do you have any recommendations for smaller banks or lenders that are willing to issue second-lien loans on commercial properties?
